Shipping policy

At Nerdee's, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Currently we use UPS & USPS for all orders in the United States. All shipping costs are determined automatically by our carriers (UPS & USPS) based on the order size & weight. Shipping costs will vary on every order & item(s). The current available shipping options & estimates will be determined at checkout. See our special shipping note below for details on expected shipping times.

* Since we are a custom shop and products are created & processed on-demand, estimated shipping & delivery times for orders are from 14 to 30 days. 

Shipping NOTE: We are a unique company, that takes the ultimate pride in delivering only the highest quality products, carefully packaged by hand, to satisfy our customers. A majority of our products are NOT inventory items. Each product is specially made on demand, manufactured, inspected for quality & then specially packaged based on the specific order, prior to final shipping with our shipping carriers (UPS & USPS). This is done to ensure the highest quality products are delivered to meet your expectations & prevent damage to any products. This is also done to quality check each & every item ordered to prevent dissatisfaction. Order preparation, product creation, shipping & handling times will all vary on every order. Due to this fact, shipping times will vary extensively based on our suppliers, manufacturing, quality check, packaging, handling & shipping process. The time you see at checkout (Example: 1 business Day) DOES NOT reflect the actual time it will take to receive your order. This time only reflects the estimated time to ship once the order is in the shipping carrier's possession. Please keep these shipping notes in-mind when expecting products by a certain date. Unfortunately due to the extensive process we take to ensure only the highest quality products are delivered, we are unable to give estimated delivery times, or promise dates.

NOTE: From time to time, there are manufacturing issues that are caught during our quality check inspection process. When this occurs, additional Shipping & handling times may occur. When this occurs, we will notify customers of any manufacturing delays.
